Dave and buster menu rochester ny7/2/2023 ![]() While there are certainly not an abundance of vegan-friendly meal options to choose from on the menu, Dave and Buster's has a few vegan options. ![]() Once you're done reading this guide make sure to check out our vegan t-shirts and apparel. While Dave and Buster's is known for its meat and dairy products, there are some vegan options that you can choose from. Not only do you have to ask a plethora of questions to your server, but you run the risk of getting weird looks or judgmental statements from those who are not vegan. Service was good with friendly staff I was even visited by the manager to check on my experience.Eating Vegan at Dave and Buster's As a vegan, dining out at restaurants can be difficult, if not downright stressful, due to many restaurants lacking vegan options on their menus. I had “Frazzled Onions” too, which were spaghetti-thin fried goodness. The burger came with fries that were pale (need more sun?), but they were crisp and nicely seasoned with salt and pepper. Unfortunately D&B, like almost all restaurants, thinks adding a dab of special BBQ sauce makes any burger a BBQ sandwich. The meat patty was cooked just right and very juicy. It was topped with overly spicy and salty “smoky ancho pulled pork.” I scraped it off after first bite but it still left the burger way too salty. ![]() Too many TVs to count in the bar/dining area! Music video channel was on screen and piped through speakers at a medium loud level, but it was quieter than walking through game room! Speaking of which, the restroom is in the game room, so there is no way to hide it from the kids. ![]() They have free Wi-Fi, but it was down (growing pains?) They are still sorting things out but this soon will be THE place to go for gamers and families with teens and tweens. Walking through the game room is like visiting a casino – flashing lights, bells booms, etc., but without the smoke. In separate areas, they have a full bar and a private party room. There are two entrances one on the parking lot side that goes into the restaurant and one from the mall that goes into the game room. This one is next to Dicks in the Marketplace Mall and opened mid-March 2016. I was glad to see one opened in the Rochester area. When I lived in Bethesda 20 years ago, D&B was a fav especially for my 2 teenagers (pre-mobile everything). i will be visiting again but I'd would try a weekday instead. The games were great and it was a family friendly atmosphere. We still left a great tip despite the long waits and not seeing our server often enough. everyone else's food order has came out wrong tonight or cold". our server was surprised at our delight as she said "I'm glad you like it. When our food came about 45min to my surprise it was very good ! I had the chicken wing and rib combo and my friend ordered the lobster Alfredo. I tried to have a little more patience because it was very crowded but it would've helped if our server could at least let us know what was the hold up. 15min later I grabbed a manager asking what was the hold up and where were our drinks. Then another 20min before she came back to get out drink orders. My friend and I sat for about 20min before a waiter even acknowledged us and drop menus off. I went to try out our first Dave and busters location in Rochester (although I've been to others ) when we arrive there was an hour and a half wait for a table but the nice hosts told us we could go to the bar and find any available seat which was fine with me. The only down part about this restaurant is that it is VERY loud inside, so if you are going out with a new date for the first time, this is probably not the best place to go.But if you are looking for a fun place, with good food, drinks, and service, then I highly recommend this location of Dave & Busters, Good times will be had by all! Still, they had a nice array of salad greens and other veggies to put on top, so you could eat healthy if you wanted to. The food was good, although most of it was what you'd consider to be "party food" rather than health food. The service staff was fantastic, and took care of all our needs inside our room. I didn't play the games, but instead watched the Final Four on one of the many big-screen TVs, which was a lot of fun. The restaurant and premises are HUGE! The game room itself looks to be about the size of a football field, and all the kids had a great time out there playing. There was a three-hour line to get in the door and get a table, although we didn't have to wait as we had an entire private party room reserved to ourselves. ![]() The place is new, so it was crowded and rockin'. We visited this new Rochester establishment this weekend, as part of a large group of friends (from our daughter's soccer team). ![]()
